The project took into account the characteristics of the site, closed-in on three sides and with the only free front facing north, with searching for light as a design theme. From this, the decision was made to articulate the building around two courtyards, with the inclusion of small terraces on the diagonal of the plot so as to channel light coming from the south toward the interior of the various rooms.

The building, consisting of a basement used as a garage and storage area, and three floors above ground, includes two independent apartments, one on the first floor and another structured between the second and third floors. The sun lounge terrace, envisioned as an extension of interior space, was fitted with a hanging garden and is protected by a tall screening that ensures family privacy. The façade is characterised by a black cracked slate footing that runs along the entire length of the front.
